BIO
Prior to becoming a Patent Attorney in 1997, Dan worked as a computer and network specialist for Price Waterhouse and Union Bank of Switzerland, and as an IT management consultant with Coopers & Lybrand and McKinsey & Company.
Dan specializes in patent drafting and prosecution in the areas of computer hardware and software, computer networking, and telecommunications. Dan has drafted and prosecuted patent applications for companies including IBM, Motorola, Texas Instruments, Cisco and AOL.

DAN SWIRSKY
DR. RICKI SIMON
BIO
Prior to becoming a patent attorney, Ricki was instrumental in developing a controller for a multi-finger prosthetic hand as part of her doctoral work. This invention was patented, and was described in a full length article in Scientific American Magazine in October, 1998. Partly based on this experience, Ricki then decided to enter the field of patents.
Ricki specializes in patent drafting and prosecution primarily in the areas of medical devices, digital health, and mechanical devices and also in a variety of additional fields including agricultural storage and nanotechnology. Ricki has drafted and prosecuted patent applications for universities and hospitals including Technion, Weizmann Institute of Science, and Hadassah Medical Center, and for companies including Given Imaging, NeuroTrax, Brainsway, GrainPro, ThermopeutiX, and YMed (a subsidiary of BARD), among others.
